  • The return policy of Gauri Furniture & Interiors allows customers to file a complaint about their purchased products within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns/Exchange. Gauri Furniture & Interiors reserves the right to inspect the item or any exchange issue. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  • No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped from Gauri Furniture & Interiors. In case of any exception, at the sole discretion of Gauri Furniture & Interiors, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Additionally, no cancellations are allowed on customized orders and products purchased in any sale or using discount codes. In some circumstances, a product may be delayed by 90 days, and no refund will be issued during this time period.

  • In case of cancellations, no refund will be made for Part Payment orders that contain products from all categories; the advance amount will be considered as cancellation charges. Returns will only be accepted for defective products, and a refund will be provided only if a replacement for the same product is not available. Customers must notify Gauri Furniture & Interiors of receipt of a damaged or defective product within 24 hours of delivery with proof, such as images or videos.

  • Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).

  • Products/ Items should be UNUSED.

  • Products should be returned unused in their original packaging, along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices. It is recommended that return packets be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit. Any products damaged after delivery to the customer will not be accepted for return, and if accepted, the customer will have to bear cancellation charges of 10% and transportation charges for both side.

Conditions for return:

  • Items can only be returned if they were delivered in a damaged condition. Gauri Furniture & Interiors does not allow returns on products sold in a sale or at a discount, and only regular price items will be eligible for returns if they are unused and have not been removed from their original packaging. Replacements are provided, but no refund is allowed in case of in-transit damage.

  • Gauri Furniture & Interiors reserves the right to reject returns for any order.

  • All products are insured by Gauri Furniture & Interiors while in transit, and in case of any damage, customers are requested to share images and videos of the product/products within 24-48 hours of delivery. Any request for replacement or return after 48 hours may be rejected, and if accepted, the customer must bear transportation charges for both sides.
